Navigate to the Pixel Configuration Section
From your JamLoop Self-Serve Dashboard, click on Settings in the left-side menu.
Then click on Pixel Config.
Note for Agencies:
If you're managing multiple clients, you must first select the appropriate advertiser from the dropdown menu in order to create a pixel under the correct account.
Set Your Attribution Rules
Once on the Pixel Config page, you will define how attribution is calculated for conversions.
Choose Attribution Window
This defines how many days after a user is exposed to an ad that their actions (e.g., purchase, signup) can be attributed to the campaign.
You can select a look back window from 1 to 30 days.
Shorter windows (1–7 days) are ideal for upper-funnel actions
Longer windows (14–30 days) are better for high-consideration purchases.
Select Attribution Methodology
Last-Touch Attribution:
Credits the last ad interaction the user had before converting. Best for identifying which final tactic sealed the conversion.Multi-Touch Attribution:
Distributes credit across multiple touch points, giving visibility into how all media channels worked together. Ideal for upper and mid-funnel campaign insights. *note that MTA is just within the JamLoop universe, and does not account for crediting other marketing channels

Testing & QA Tips
Use browser tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) or a pixel helper extension to confirm your pixel is firing correctly.
Trigger conversion events manually to verify attribution is being captured.
Make sure pixels are not firing redundantly on every page if only specific pages/events need to be tracked.
Return to Pixel Config page after 24 hours, and monitor over ~7 days to ensure JamLoop is recording and tracking counts in-line within your internal site analytics
