Organization Types in JamLoop

JamLoop supports two different organization types, each designed for a specific way of working on the platform: Agencies and Advertisers. While both use the same core platform, the available features and navigation differ slightly based on org type.

Agency Organizations

Agency accounts are built for teams managing multiple advertisers or brands.

Key characteristics:

  • Access to an Advertisers screen to view and manage all brands under the agency

  • An Agency Dashboard that provides a high-level overview across all advertisers

  • A dedicated Reporting section, where agencies can view performance data by selecting individual advertisers (for example: Reporting > [Advertiser Name])

  • Additional functionality intended to support multi-brand oversight and reporting

Advertiser Organizations

Advertiser accounts are designed for teams managing a single brand.

Key characteristics:

  • No separate Advertisers screen

  • No standalone Reporting page

  • The Dashboard experience for advertisers is equivalent to what agencies see when viewing Reporting > [That Advertiser]

  • Focused, brand-specific access without agency-level management features
