White-Label the JamLoop Platform

White-labeling allows you to deliver JamLoop's capabilities under your own brand - keeping your clients' experience seamless and on-brand! 

What is white-labeling?

A white-label domain is an arrangement between JamLoop and a customer which allows the use of the JamLoop Self Serve app on a customizable sub-domain, with customizable branding collateral.

Domain

  • Customers provide a subdomain

  • JamLoop to provide customer with a jamloop-hosted domain
    • e.g. youragencyhere.domain.com

Branding

  • A domain’s branding assets are stored in AWS S3 under the path ss-{env}-jamloop-us-east-1/media/branding/{domainId}/.

Request From JamLoop Support

  • Reach out to support@jamloop.com to request your white-label
  • After we receive all your required assets, please allow up to 10 business days for JamLoop to configure and deploy your white-label platform
